We source all our products, from high-end heady glass to electric dab rigs, directly from reputable artists and official brand distributors. Every item is inspected for quality and authenticity before it enters our inventory.
We take immense pride in our "Over-Packed" shipping method to ensure bongs and rigs arrive safely. However, if an item is damaged during transit, simply take a photo of the box and the product within 7 days of delivery, and contact us. We will handle the replacement or refund immediately.
If the item has been used, we are unable to refund or return any items.
We prioritize speed and transparency. Most orders are processed and sent to our shipping partners within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number the moment your package is on its way so you can monitor its progress nationwide.
