Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

When you receive your order
Please inspect each item carefully, checking for breaks, cracks, chips or other shipping damage. Do not attempt to use any broken products. 
To be eligible for a refund or return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send an email to "Support@Meechmadnesssmokeshop.com", stating your order number and the exact issue with your order. A picture is required for all broken items as well. Please try to clearly show the problem with the item. If the item is electronic and does not function properly, please send a short video instead, clearly showing the item not working. In some cases we may ask that your return the item back to us, in which we will provide you with a return shipping label. In the event that the buyer purchased by mistake(Such as purchasing a 14mm banger when you needed an 18mm) the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. If you placed an order and realize it is not what you needed, please look at "Cancelling an order" down below.

Once you have sent us the damage evidence, we will typicallly respond within 1-2 business days, and will either offer a refund or an exchange.

 

Electronic Item:
Many of our electronic items, including 510 batteries, vaporizers, etc, come with manufacturer warranties. If you receive an electronic item and it seems to be defective(Not due to shipping damage), you will need to contact the manufacturer and submit a warranty claim. Many of these electronic brands will not allow us to take returns on defective items as the warranty claims must be filed by the customer.

Seeds:
We do not have a germination guarantee on any of our seeds. We source our seeds from the highest quality growers, ensuring you will have the best germination rates when using proper methods. We also have our prices competitively low and allow users to purchase individual seeds. Thus we unfortunately cannot replace any seeds that were unable to germinate.

Refunds
When a refund is processed, you will be sent an email notifying you of the event. If you have paid your order using a credit or debit card, you can expect to see it in your account within 2-3 business days. If you paid through cashapp, refunds should be processed immediately.

Returns and Exchanges
In the event we ask you to return an item to us, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. You will need to wrap/box your product back in the original packaging and attach this label to it. You can then either drop the package off at UPS/USPS or request a free pickup from them. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be sent out or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Cancelling an Order                                          
To cancel an order, please reply directly to the order confirmation email you received. We ship products quickly, so it is best to cancel your order as soon as possible. Please try to be careful and make sure that all order details are correct to avoid cancellations or issues in the order.

Invalid Addresses
In the event that an order is shipped out when we are given an invalid address and the order comes back, we will cover the cost of re-shipping ONCE. If the package is denied again, we will not cover the shipping again. Your order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
